Privacy Policy

Summary
Achely ("the app") is developed by Beacon Light Investments. Achely runs entirely on your device. It has no account system, no server, and no network code of any kind. Nothing you log is collected, transmitted, analyzed, or seen by anyone other than you, unless you personally choose to export and share a Visit brief.

Achely does not collect your name, email address, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or any other account or contact information — because it doesn't have an account system to attach them to.
Where It's Stored
Everything above lives in a single local database file inside the app's own storage sandbox on your device. If you have iCloud Backup (iOS) or Google Backup (Android) enabled at the operating-system level, that file is included in your device's normal backup as a consequence of your own OS-level settings — Achely does not operate, control, or have access to that backup service.
What Leaves Your Device
Nothing, unless you explicitly export a Visit brief and choose where to send it. When you do, Achely generates a PDF and hands it to your device's native share sheet (Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Files, or the equivalent Android share targets) — you choose the destination each time. Achely itself has no network client: it cannot and does not send your data anywhere on its own. On Android, the app does not request the internet permission at all.
What Achely Does Not Do
- No account or sign-in is required or offered.
- No analytics, crash reporting, or usage tracking of any kind.
- No advertising SDKs, and no ads are shown.
- No device identifiers or advertising identifiers are collected.
- No data is sold or shared with third parties, because no data is collected from you in the first place.
- No cloud backend operated by the developer exists to store, process, or have access to your data.
Permissions Achely Requests
None. Achely requests no special device permissions on either iOS or Android beyond standard app storage — there is no camera, photo library, location, contacts, or notifications access anywhere in the app.
Working Offline
Every screen in Achely, including generating and exporting a PDF brief, works with no network connection (for example, in Airplane Mode). There is nothing in the app that requires connectivity to function.
Deleting Your Data
Settings → "Delete All My Data" erases every entry, region reading, tag, visit, and cached export file, instantly and entirely on your device, with no account, waiting period, or support request required. Uninstalling the app has the same effect. Because no server-side copy of your data exists anywhere, there is nothing further to separately request deletion of.
Children's Privacy
Achely is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, since it collects no information from any user by design.
Changes to This Policy
If Achely's data practices ever change, this policy will be updated before that change ships, and the in-app "Privacy & how Achely works" screen (Settings → About) will reflect the same information. The new version will be published at this same URL.
