About Achely
A private, on-device pain record, built for the ten minutes you get with your doctor.
Most people trying to describe a pain pattern to a clinician are working from memory: guessing how many days a flare lasted, whether this week was worse than last, whether that new medication actually helped. Achely exists to keep the record instead of relying on memory of it — and it never sends that record anywhere unless you choose to.
Tap a body region, slide to set its intensity, and move on. When an appointment is coming up, create a Visit and Achely turns your own entries since the last one into a plain-language brief — entry counts, pain-free days, most frequent region, average intensity, longest flare — ready to preview, export as a PDF, and hand to your clinician.
What we believe
Everything runs on your device
No account, no sign-in, no server, and no network code at all — the Android build doesn't even request the internet permission.
Works with no signal
Every screen, including generating and exporting a PDF brief, works in Airplane Mode. There is nothing in Achely that requires connectivity.
Your data belongs to you
No analytics, no crash reporting, no ad SDKs of any kind. Every entry stays fully editable and deletable, and one tap erases everything, instantly.
A record, not a diagnosis
Achely restates your own logged data. It never interprets, diagnoses, advises, or replaces your own healthcare provider.
Free, with nothing to unlock
No purchases, no subscriptions, no locked features — every part of Achely is available from the first launch.
Who it's for
Anyone managing chronic pain, migraines, arthritis, or fibromyalgia — or recovering from an injury — who wants a factual record instead of a guess when it's time to see a doctor, and a way to see their own patterns without a black-box algorithm behind them.
